St Peter Baptist Church

The Saint Peter Missionary Baptist Church was founded in 1901. History records the late Rev. Henry McCray as being the first pastor. In 1920, the church was incorporated under the laws of the State of Alabama. Also in 1920, their first structure, a wooden building was built under their second pastor, the late, Rev. W. H. Humphrey.
